We salute the labor forces and celebrate with wines that work hard for the winery. We dedicate this dinner to the working class, retired or employed, we all labored to earn a pay check once in our life. Chef David Passanisi from EAT Honolulu prepares a menu inspired by the ‘meat and potato,’ but of course with the EAT twist.
